The M5 is one of the cleanest and lightest big alpine packs on the market. The largest of our climbing packs, the M5 allows you to increase the volume from 40 liters to 50 liters by unzipping the extension flap on the lid. This simple system is superior to free-floating lids which tend to flop around. In addition, the M5 has a zippered front pocket designed for fast access to your shovel and probe in case of an emergency. Beyond these special features, the M5 shares the many other features of the M3 and M4 packs.
