On my new free route Freeloader in Zion National Park, my partner and I were not sure that we would be able to complete the line in a day. So, instead of epicing and having to spend the night on the wall without any survival gear, we stuffed unopened safety blankets into each of our helmet tops. Even though we were able to complete the route by dark it was nice knowing that we had that little bit of comfort in our helmets. - Rob Pizem
