Fundraiser Sponsor: Utah Avalanche Center Fall Fundraiser

The event you have been waiting for since last fall is on.  Block out your calendars, reserve a babysitter, and change that trip to Des Moines to a video conference. 1000 friends, dinner from Utah Food Service, beverages from Uinta Brewing, raffle, silent auction, music by Herban Empire, raffle. You know the deal. Help us help you.  This is our biggest fundraising event of the year and helps pay for avalanche forecasting and education.

More details coming but all you really need to know is that you need to be there.

The fine print:

Current and future backcounty users age 12 and under are welcome and free.  They can buy a meal ticket for $10 if they plan to eat.

Students age 25 and younger with valid student ID can buy tickets at the door for $25

Purchasing an advance ticket will put you on the will call list. You won’t get a paper ticket.

Advance ticket sales will end at noon on Sept 13.  You can buy tickets at the door for $5 more.

Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please leave your dog home.

This event will be held rain or shine.  We are mountain people and a little rain doesn’t scare us.
